Overview
Being involved in engagement teams and getting exposures to assurance
Skills
I developed my basic accounting skills and got the chance to implement what I have learnt before. I also learnt more skills in Auditing specifically
Responsibilities
A decent amount, we were not given irrelevant tasks by the senior. We were given tasks of a first year employees here, so we had responsibilities as well.
Support & Guidance
Very good support, not only the senior, but everyone else is helpful. They are always available for questions
Culture
I like the culture and the people here. It is very diverse and it makes me feel very welcomed. Everyone is also made heard, I never felt like I do not have a voice in a meeting
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed getting the exposures, it also taught me a little bit more about what assurance/auditing is like.
Yes
Be open-minded, don't be scared because there will always be people around to support you
