Overview
Looking after customers (customer service is a huge role in the job), selling insurance to customers to reduce their excess. Fact finding, so seeing if we can sign customers up to car club or even get them set up with a corporate account. I am currently handing the bad debt at the branch, which entails looking through invoices and to see who still owes us money, and I have to chase them to pay it
Skills
I have learnt great communication skills, how to interact with all different types of customers. I have learnt how to look through invoices and to see how things are expenses and have also learnt to receive a remit and be able to look at a whole remittance and find the invoice number that needed to get paid
