Overview
On a day to day basis I attend meetings to gain a better insight into how the company runs, I also complete my own individual tasks set by my supervisor
Skills
I have learnt how to professionally communicate in meetings and how to collaborate with other parts of the business to successfully complete projects
Responsibilities
I have been given a good level of responsibility during my internship, I am given tasks to complete myself and then I go through them with my supervisor. I have also conducted one on one meetings that I have to then feedback information to a broader team which I fee elevates my level of responsibility.
Support & Guidance
I have received lots of support and guidance from the first day induction to everyday. Everyone is always willing to help.
Culture
Company culture is very inclusive and flexible. Atmosphere is always friendly and there’s usually time for a relaxed chat
