Overview
Working on a project - attending meetings, taking meeting notes, admin for the team, networking.
Skills
Presentation skills, communication, time management
Responsibilities
Responsible for updating the meeting schedule, but nothing I did was seen by external clients.
Support & Guidance
Really great system where each intern is assigned a buddy who is on the grad scheme, and a counsellor who is at least 3 years into their time at EY. This ensured there was always someone to guide and give advice.
Culture
Friendly and encouraging culture. Everyone is very willing to take time to chat and explain their role in the company.
Your Impressions
Really enjoyed the office experience, but would've liked to do some more meaningful work.
Yes
The most important thing is to show your communication skills.
