Overview
It was a really nice and enjoyable vitural experience. I met lots of people from different universities with different backgrounds and made many friends. Apart from that, many managers and ananlysts in WTW shared their working experiences and interview tips, which helped me a lot. Overall, I really found this program insightful and useful.
Skills
I learned a lot. First of all, I knew the difference and the improtance between Active Listening and Empathetic Listening by playing the observer of clients and consultants. What's more, I think communication with differenct people is quite important as it's the essential skill to get better understanding and build relationship with others.
Business Insight
The first word that comes to mind is exciting. Since it's my first time to know WTW and some specific divisions, I get deeper and better understanding of different jobs in WTW, like what is day to day working basis. This also helped to figure out what I am interested in.
Culture
I think the best words to describe the culture of WTW are diversity and inclusion. Since there are many workers from different major and country and also the clients are from different places. We always need to communicate and corporate with them. In WTW, this situation is very normal and everyone is nice.
