Overview
Working with the team, attending and taking notes at meetings, reviewing meeting minutes and helping to prepare and sort documents.
Skills
How to work with a team in a corporate environment, how different businesses and work and the process followed to complete their audit.
Responsibilities
I was given a fair amount of independence to work on what I felt was interesting. I was allowed to be involved in preparing documents that are key to the audit and thus was able to feel I was doing something important.
Support & Guidance
My seniors were excellent at continually checking up on me and answering any questions I had. They also made extra effort to give me exposures to many parts of the audit process.
Culture
The company is very friendly and down to earth. Everybody was very welcoming and approachable.
