Helping to complete the audit of an insurance company and learning about EY's general audit processes.

I was given plenty of support and guidance, particularly from a partner and a senior manager within my team.

Positive, accommodating, people were mostly approachable and friendly.

During the application process give your full attention to the tasks and act with honesty and integrity during the assessment centre. During your time at EY, expose yourself to as much experience as possible and ask plenty of questions. Make an effort to meet new people and engage in meaningful conversation.
