Overview
Day to day involves lots of customer service as it’s a customer front facing job whether they walk in to us or we deliver the car to them; sales is a huge aspect alongside this, as well as admin and lots of employee development.
Skills
I have learnt and developed a lot of new skills including communication, confidence and problem solving.
Responsibilities
I was given lots of varying responsibilities which helped developed my skills and made me more confident and it made the placement better being trusted with more responsibility.
Support & Guidance
From my managers and colleagues i received all the support and guidance i needed, couldn’t have asked to work with a better group of people.
Culture
The company culture places importance on employee development and the atmosphere can be intense but it’s also a positive one.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my placement it’s hard work but the skills you gain and people you work with make it worth it.
