Everyone is very enthusiastic about bridges and their projects. There's a hot desking system so you are able to talk to everyone. There's no hierarchy in place with managers and subordinates and everyone is very willing to help

I enjoyed the company and the projects every team is working on. the office is spacious and well decorated
