Overview
- Delivery of assets to markets, agencies & external contacts (UPI Media, PUMA, Solar) - Ad-hoc support for regional exhibitor deals, helping with assets and working with our trade marketing agency as needed - Set up meetings and coordinate agendas for EMEA Marketing Team - Save documents on Sharepoint folder and keep it clean and organized - Help in assisting with ad-hoc enquiries from EMEA territories

Yes I learnt to do the below: - SNAP, PO & Invoice Management for Trade Marketing, Media and Social teams. This includes raising purchase orders, recording costs and dealing with billing queries. - Manage Distribution Lists on Waveset & PUMA - Take meeting minutes at EMEA Marketing, Media Weekly, EMEA Hub, OPCO and Licensee TM calls - Keep up to date trackers such as the Film Assignment Grid, team directory, planning tracker and competitive titles tracker.
Responsibilities
Yes, such as collecting industry news and marketing innovations from other brands and send monthly reports to the team – best practice decks. Help with planning of internal events, regional conferences and internal/external screenings
