Overview
The summer internship at PwC was a very engaging and insightful experience for me. I was able to shadow colleagues and participate in a live project. I was assigned tasks daily, and I was able to share my opinion as well as ask questions as much as I wanted. Everyone was willing and ready to help me learn.
Skills
I improved on my communication and networking skills. Also, my technical skills, such as the use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel packages, were greatly improved.
Business Insight
Understanding all about the business and potential roles available came smoothly and easily for me, as so many measures such as orientation programmes, virtual training, and one-on-one training were provided from the beginning of the internship to the very end.
Culture
The company culture was centered around teamwork, collaboration, and productive networking among colleagues, so no one was left out.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed the insight, and I would not hesitate if given the opportunity to come back to the organization.
