Overview
Financial due diligence - assessing risks and opportunities when a company is selling or acquiring another business.
Skills
Yes, I believe I have developed my existing skills whilst also learning new ones. For example, I was given plenty of opportunities to develop my teamwork skills when working on a project. I also had the chance to meet new people, enhancing my communication skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was assigned to a project early on into the internship and was responsible for many tasks related to collecting and formatting data from clients. I also got the opportunity to plan and organise a fundraising event with my team to support EY Foundation
Support & Guidance
I was given constant support from my buddy and counsellor
Culture
Very friendly, smaller team meant everyone was closer together and we had plenty of team discussions discussing ways to improve the way we work.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed the internship a lot as I was given the opportunity to do a wide variety of things, including visiting different offices and discussion panels.
Yes
If they are hesitant to apply, go ahead as it is a very friendly and supportive environment, especially in the TD service line.
