Overview
Meetings, taking minutes, responding to emails, legal research, legal drafting, due diligence exercise, client sessions and attending court.
Skills
Legal researching skills and laying this out in different formats. Collating minutes and cross-referencing with other documents. Drafting executive summaries and internal memorandums from legal research.
Business Insight
Very good - multiple seniority levels sit together so there was wide exposure to both law and non-law roles.
Culture
Very friendly, everyone was approachable. Room for progression and they were receptive to enthusiasm. On the forefront of change so open to new tech ideas.
