Overview
On a typical day I have a couple of meetings - some project-related, some with my wider team. I have internal milestones to meet in order to finish my project and my team helps me to structure that workload.
Skills
How to lead a meeting, flexibility, working together, being brave with ideas
Responsibilities
Yes. As a return intern I was trusted with an ambitious project and a higher level of trust. Even on my first internship I was working hands-on leading an important project which would have a real-life impact on my department.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support - weekly check-ins with my line manager and team lead, plus chats as needed
Culture
Sort of company culture where if you challenge the norm, people will listen to you. All ideas are valued no matter the job position
Your Impressions
Really enjoy working with the company. Not much else to say, really valuable work experience meeting some great people
