Overview
I was able to attend a Q&A session and panel with tax professionals at Deloitte. I learned more about the different types of tax, responsibilities of a tax consultant, and Deloitte's values.
Skills
I have developed a more analytical mindset and improved my presentation and communication skills. Deloitte also taught us how to conduct a SWOT and PESTEL analysis.
Business Insight
It was really great. The Early Careers Team told us about the different roles they had open for the summer vacation scheme and discussed what each role would entail.
Culture
The company culture is brilliant, fostering a work environment that promotes both productivity and well-being, resulting in an excellent work-life balance. The atmosphere is supportive and friendly, creating a sense of camaraderie among all employees.
