Overview
Business Analyst on strategy focused consulting projects. Day to day this can look quite different. Majority of the time I am using Powerpoint and Excel to produce work. There is a lot of creativity required in solving problems and presenting these solutions back

Yes, I have been face to face with clients and I have spent a lot of time working towards important objectives.
Support & Guidance
Plenty when it was requested. IBM have very supportive employees who are always happy to help.
Culture
Generally the atmosphere was great. There was a slight disconnect between the senior leadership and practitioners at times but these issues are seemingly being addressed.
Your Impressions
I had a very interesting year. I felt I had great experience and lots of learning opportunities but I didn't integrate with my peers so much because of heavy workloads at the start of my placement.
Yes
Be yourself. Show a broad range of skills. They like someone who is willing to get up and try again, someone who perseveres.
