Overview
Responsible for the set up and maintenance of exposure and brand pages on the TopCashback website. Helped communicate, work with and look after hundreds of brands. The main responsibilities were setting up rates, setting up exposure, adding new brands to site, emailing and joining calls with brands.
Skills
Yes particularly my communication skills. Within the role I have spent lots of time emailing brands, joining calls and even attended some in person meetings with some big brands which has been great for developing my professional communication skills. I have also learnt how to manage workloads effectively and developed my time management skills.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility as TopCashback work with so many big brands I was trusted to work closely with the brands and communicate with them all throughout my year.
Support & Guidance
I was given lots of support guidance including lots of training and regular catch ups with my team leader.
Culture
The company culture is amazing. There is such a great atmosphere within all the teams, everyone is very friendly, supportive and helpful towards each-other.
