Overview
On the first day we had multiple overviews of analytics and sales and heard from some employees and pas insight week participants. On the second day we mostly heard from market players. We also had to take part in some quizzes to make the Lastly, on both days, we had the opportunity to network with other participants.
Skills
I developed further more my communication skills and networking skills by connecting with everyone.
Business Insight
It was great especially having this insight into a day in the life of certain market players. But mostly, I loved how everyone found Bloomberg is a great working environment.
Culture
It looks like Bloomberg has a great company culture promoting diversity and inclusion but also collaboration which I believe is the most important value.

I loved it and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore the different areas of finance!

I would advise them to show a strong interest in finance even if they're not from a financial background.
