Overview
Tasked with various roles, using internal databases and excel sheets to analyse data and help prepare pitchs.
Skills
Absolutely. I particularly refined my 'resourceful' and 'communication' skills. I learnt how to operate internal databases and increased my competency with excel.
Responsibilities
I felt the work I was doing was genuinely helping and impactful towards potential acquisition or disposal projects.
Support & Guidance
A lot. My whole team, and particularly my line manager, were very helpful and always willing to answer questions.
Culture
The company culture was very unique and within a short period of time, I felt very invested in. Knight Frank is a people orientated company, which means looking after the employees is at the core of their values.
Your Impressions
It has been an incredible 4 weeks, and I definitely feel at the end of it that I would be very fulfilled working in a graduate role here.
Yes
Understand the culture before applying, as it is very unique compared to other companies. Be able to show how you align with that culture and you are invested in working towards the same vision.
