Overview
I had the opportunity to learn about 3 key modules : client excellence, inclusive leadership and problem solving. All three gave a practical task to complete in small groups which was great for networking. I was able to take part in a mini careers fair that gave me a great introduction all the lines of business in the company and there was an opportunity to ask questions.
Skills
When completing the practical activities I had the chance to net work with my peers using both problem solving, teamwork and communication skills.

Really helpful to get an overview of all the possible lines of business, this has helped me make an informed decision about which area of business I'd like to apply for in the future. There are also longer sessions that are put in place for each business area to further insight and ask additional questions.
Culture
Definitely very positive and nurturing. I enjoyed learning about the extracurricular activities for employees at WTW - there's a good work-life balance at the company and opportunies to progress your career.
