Overview
The insight was very in-depth, with exposure to the different service lines form webinars and from interactions with colleagues and webinars. Every day was a mix of completing administrative tasks, attending webinars, working with clients and networking meetings with colleagues. Lots of variety.
Skills
Yes, skills of using technology used in tax, as well as Teams, Excel and Outlook. Networking and communication skills were greatly improved, due to constant interaction with colleagues and clients. General tax and business knowledge also learnt.
Business Insight
The variety of roles availability made it clear the range of career opportunities here.
Culture
Very accepting, flexible and friendly atmosphere. All the team were really kind and understanding as many of them had previously been on the placement.
