Overview
Helping with the valuation team and completing any tasks that need doing. This involves looking over reports, gathering due-diligence and helping with inspections.
Skills
Yes - I learnt and understood several softwares used for valuations. I have also improved my knowledge of how to put a value to a property and the different ways we go about it.
Responsibilities
Yes - I was able to complete a number of sections to reports that needed to be sent off as well as putting a value to a industrial unit.
Support & Guidance
A lot - from a range of graduates to directors and the more senior people of the company.
Culture
Really good - everyone was so welcoming.

I really enjoyed myself to the extent that I would love to do another summer scheme here next month.
