Overview
As a summer scheme student my day to day role has been helping others on my team with there current projects for example writing reports and putting together comparable schedules. I have had the opportunity to take part in department meetings and attend site visits. There has been a number of networking events via zoom calls, breakfast and lunches.
Skills
This experience has definitely development my knowledge of the industry. I have gained a better understanding of the job itself and some of the key skills required to thrive in the business.
Business Insight
Exciting to hear the potential opportunities and to get a better understanding of what the business has to offer in terms of support and career development, particularly the support regarding working towards the APC.

The company prioritize diversity and inclusion which makes the atmosphere around the office a positive environment, all of the staff are above and beyond helpful and approachable.
