Support & Guidance
I was given ample support, feedback and advice. The company has an open-door policy even amongst senior management. I was given a mentor, sponsor and buddies (outside of my immediate team) who were able to answer any questions or address any concerns. There were also regular check-ins from Early Careers to make sure everything was going smoothly.
