Overview
I work with a small group on a specific audit. I help out with tasks, attend daily catch up meetings and sometimes go to client site.
Skills
I have developed my technical excel skills, learnt about the audit process and the tasks involved. I have also developed my communication skills in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
I was given responsibilities over specific tasks, yet was still given guidance and not left unsupported.
Support & Guidance
For most of my engagements, I received a lot of support in person.

Your Impressions
I enjoyed it a lot and found it really beneficial for both my career and personal growth. It was great to learn more about audit as well as the general environment at KPMG.
Yes
Don't feel deterred by a lack of finance/accounting background. I was worried, studying classics, that I would be unable to understand the work. This was not the case at all. I was able to pick up and learn very quickly and used my analytical skills and attention to detail.
