Overview
My day-to-day work involves: Conducting data analysis and present key findings to senior leaders; Organizing and hosting internal workshops and pitch days; Creating internal communication plan and materials for regional events; Leading and participating in diversity and inclusion and career development initiatives
Skills
I've gained new knowledge pharmaceutical commercial landscape as well as skills in business (quantitative) analysis, Additionally, I also had the opportunity to further develop my skills in stakeholder management, event planning and public speaking.
Responsibilities
Yes I was, especially during the later stage where I had the autonomy to organize events, define steps needed to accomplish a major task, come up with and execute solutions to challenges, etc.
Support & Guidance
In general, I've received timely and strong support and guidance from colleagues and senior leaders, on both project-specific knowledge/skills as well as general personal/professional development.
Culture
It's has a very inclusive, supportive and collaborative culture. Many senior leaders are very approachable and generous with sharing their experiences and lessons learnt.
