Overview
My role on a day to day basis involved working with my graduate mentor on their current projects and helping them with tasks such as gathering information completing the due diligence. I worked with different members of the team which makes it interesting as everyone is working on different projects.
Skills
I have learned new skills such as analysing reports and interpreting contracts which I have not done before.
Responsibilities
Yes I was given responsibility to do some research and due diligence on projects which they will use. This is important as it is key information needed to develop in the project.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support and guidance on my internship which has helped me with understanding the different types of work they do in the company
Culture
The company culture is very friendly and inviting as everyone around were very kind to explain and offer help when I was unsure about things. The general atmosphere is very calm and comfortable.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed every part of my internship as I learned a lot of things that I would have never known if I did not get this opportunity especially coming form a non cognate degree.
