Overview
I work with the property management team at Savills. I participated several site viewings as well as occupier meetings. I have also worked on multiple leases and service charge budget. This role involves lots of communication with tenants and clients, such as chasing for outstanding financial arrears.
Skills
Yes. My skill on extracting important information from long documents and organize them has largely improved. Also, my communication skill and reading skill are further developed.
Responsibilities
Yes. i have been given a fairly good amount of work which keeps me busy everyday. Meanwhile, i have also received equal amount of support from my team.
Support & Guidance
I have received lots of support from all the team members. they have all been very helpful which allows me to get use to the job and pick things up more easily.
Culture
The general atmosphere is really nice, everyone is very supportive, and there is a good work life balance.
Your Impressions
i really enjoyed it!! To be honest, it is way above my expectation. it has built a strong foundation for my understanding of the industry, which opens doors to my career path in real estate in the future

don't get nervous on the assessment day and pay attention to current affairs and important changes that are happening in the industry
