Overview
On a day-to-day basis, I serve customers, getting them checked into or out of vehicles. I also do admin work ensuring all underwriting is correct.
Skills
I have learnt a plethora of skills, including: communication, resilience, problem-solving
Responsibilities
I was given a fair amount of responsibility as I had specific tasks to do and had to inform my colleagues of what I needed from them
Support & Guidance
I was given a lot of support throughout from my manager and assistant manager. I had monthly 1 on 1 interviews to discuss my progress
Culture
The environment at work was fun and supportive. We all helped each other with tasks
