Overview
I have meetings daily, such as standup and story pointings and sprint grooming. I have a big project that is a task I have to complete over the internship.
Skills
I have learned a lot of new skills in areas I did not even know were existent in software engineering.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility, having been assigned a task that the team was not able to previously complete due to a blocker.
Support & Guidance
I had two mentors, so the support I needed was always there for me.
Culture
Everyone was super nice and inclusive, making me feel very welcome. There is more focus on what you have done well rather than what you were not able to do.
