Overview
As a summer intern, I spent my time reading up on business strategy and client materials, attended meetings and assisted other team members in producing work
Skills
Yes, gained experience of having a full-time job and the organisation/responsibility that comes with that. Also learnt some technical skills related to banking too.
Responsibilities
I was not given a huge amount of responsibility - the tasks I assisted in were mostly for internal purposes and not of extremely high importance, but still necessary for business needs.
Support & Guidance
Good support and guidance from manager and team upon request
Culture
General company culture very friendly and everyone seemed approachable; it was nice to work in such a friendly and relaxed environment where you could feel comfortable. Also a lot of flexibility available.
Your Impressions
I have really enjoyed my internship, would have liked to been given slighlty more responsibility/work but all in all very enjoyable and useful experience
Yes
Everyone is so lovely, don't be afraid to reach out to people and ask questions
