Overview
Running processes related to order management. Supporting customer requests. Running analytics and presenting internally. Later in the year there was flexibility to experience other roles within the business.
Skills
Developed many soft skills as well as technical skills, eg. excel, power bi. Good training programs in place internally to support development of these skills.
Responsibilities
A fair amount of responsibility was given. This would however vary depending on role.
Support & Guidance
There is strong support during the Internship. Everyone in the business is more than happy to help out and give advice/feedback.
Culture
Positive, casual work culture. People always willing to lend a hand.
