Shadowing the team, learning about the products and services, practicing the day to day activities that a trader would do.

A lot of support, flat hierarchy and everyone is eager to sit with you and answer any queries and questions.

Very supportive, great emphasis on learning and development, lots of opportunities to do meaningful work.

I have enjoyed every second of it. Both rotations as well as the off desk responsibilities such as networking.
