Skills
Presentation skills, analysis skills, time management
Responsibilities
Some, it proved challenging due to many products and proposals already being well into their development stage but this was helped by having own projects to work on and contributing where I can.
Support & Guidance
A lot, support from early careers, line managers, other interns and those in your team.
Culture
Brilliant: warm and welcoming. An obvious priority on working hard, but maintaining personal wellbeing
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed it, I faced many fears, and was supported in overcoming them. I developed both soft and hard skills while meeting some great people along the way.
Yes
Don' be scared to ask questions, and don't pretend you understand when you don't - that's not how you learn! Also, don't come in with a preconceived idea of who you want your network to be, people will surprise you and you should be open to meeting a range of people. Finally, work hard but have fun!
