The Role
I found the placement really enjoyable but I was not busy all the time, I felt I could have been given more work.
When I needed help there was always someone to ask or if I needed advice there were plenty of people I could go to.
I had support and 1-1 sessions when needed but at least once a week my manager would always make time for me to talk with him.
I never had a jam packed days there were always parts of a day when I had sometimes I never had anything to do for a week.
I was given full responsibily of projects when I got given one.
I have picked up a vast amount of skills I got a course paid for a tlearning tree which improved my development skills massivly also If I have ever wanted to learn something the oppourtnity has always been made availble.
The Company
We were in a open plan office when we first started which was great but we moved half way through the year to very dull small offices which were awful!
The agency we worked for were very poor with organising the placement in regards to pay and communication.
I got put on many course's all I had to do was ask.

I applied for GSK graduate scheme and I got a place.
The Culture
Stevenage is not a great town for nights out and days out so we only had a few events.
Average cost of a town for bowling and most main stream shops and restaurants.
Only had one night club but many plubs all of which closed at 12pm
We were always asked if we wanted to do activites outside of work
