Overview
It was an insightful two day training that helped me discover some of the skills I was not even aware that I had, it provided an opportunity to network with individuals from different backgrounds, talk with staff of LGB who have been in the system for some time, and learn from their experiences on the field. We were challenged with practical projects to work on while on the training which helped in broadening our knowledge generally as we were able to deliver as a team. In summary, The experience was worth it!
Skills
Yes I particularly learnt from the SCRUM training, as it helped me in organizing tasks going forward. My team and I on the training were able to apply it on the task we were given and we were able to deliver the task given within a short period of time because we successfully delegated tasks on the project to each individual according to their strengths. The SCRUM approach helped us save time and helped us deliver efficiently.
