My role in the Incidents and Resilience Team involves completing the Outages tracker, which is a system that aims to identify and alert potential high-risk system changes and outages. The purpose of this is to mitigate the potential consequences of fraudulent activity. I am also working on a Business Project with other interns, which aims to hyper-personalise customers' experience with their finances.

Python, Excel, knowledge and application of Fraud/financial crime, teamwork, innovation, creating a business pitch.
Responsibilities
I was given responsibility for completing the daily Outages tracker, as well as alerting certain types of changes. I was also given responsibility for presenting the weekly Outages catch-up. However, help and support were always available for any questions I had.
Support & Guidance
I received ample support from the team, and from the wider bank community.
Culture
The company culture was very welcoming, and staff were very approachable and friendly.
