    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • I helped with the planning, logistics and execution of the Interns and analyst programmes. One of my Projects was reviewing University society sponsorship proposals as well setting up meeting with the societies. I assisted planning feedback sessions with Interns and reviewing how programmes can be improved for the next cohort I further assisted the rest of the team whenever they needed support on a project.

  • Yes I was, I led the university sponsorship proposal for the current year, trusted to supervise sessions, given many tasks to do independently on behalf of the team. A lot of responsibility was given!

    Support & Guidance

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • I received a lot of support and guidance! Before even starting my Internship I was given a mentor, who met with me before starting, to give me tips and advice before starting. I also had amazing managers who supported me the whole way through and gave me a safe space to ask for help and assistance when I needed it. There were also a variety of training and development sessions.

  • The company culture is very friendly and supportive! You can reach out to anyone at all if you have any questions or you would like to have a coffee chat with them. They also provide a safe space for you to be creative and think outside the box
