Overview
It was a 3 day programme where I learnt about the three sectors: Advisory, tax and audit. I also took part in a one-to-one mentoring session with a senior in merges and acquisitions. I also engaged in a project with 4 other people. I was also taught all about personal brand and the importance of commercial awareness.
Skills
Yes, I have developed my communication skills, my networking ability, my knowledge on business and finance as well as my ability to work as a team has been improved.

Be yourself and I recommend this programme if you are new to any knowledge of the financial services available. It is also useful to improve people skills and your networking ability.
