Overview
I essentially do a lot of admin. archiving, helping people out by improving formatting and usability for different type of documents. Thinking of ideas that help my manager's work easier.
Skills
Most definitely. I've learnt how to act and conduct myself in an office workplace. Learnt how to use new online tools and different interfaces that I will be using after this job.
Responsibilities
Yes. I've been archiving confidential documents, required to edit and create documents that are crucial to people that work here.
Support & Guidance
I always have people that can help me with my work, as long as I reach out to them. knowing who to contact can be the hardest thing but everyone is happy to help.
Culture
everyone is really kind and welcoming, it's definitely a safe space as a newcomer
Your Impressions
I most definitely enjoyed hearing about the wider work that goes on here, as I'm only doing a small range of jobs in comparison to the wider groups in the company. Doing the same thing repetitively can be boring, but my manager most definitely tries to get me doing different things. As long as I'm helping, I'm happy
Yes
Try your best in your application as it is most definitely a great place to work. Always feel free to reach out to people here as everyone is very kind
