Overview
Helped to run the Apprenticeship programme, meaning I had to communicate with the scheme lead to make sure everything was being ran smoothly. This included things such as running inductions, conducting surveys and running reports.
Skills
I have learnt interpersonal skills as I have had to be in constant contact with many different people across the business, I have also improved my skills on Excel as it is a tool I was having to use very frequently.
Responsibilities
Yes, as I was asked to run inductions and communicate with different managers across the business.
Support & Guidance
I had a lot of support as I had a team to work alongside, whilct also having 2 managers to help me if I needed.
Culture
The culture was generally very friedly and hard-working.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my internship as I was able to take time to decide what I wanted to study at university whilst also gaining invaluable skills and getting paid for it.
