Overview
My role is in daily rental, serving customers and handling inquiries. Also involved in daily operations of running a business. Growth, marketing, finance and admin. Responsibilities include: Chasing unpaid invoices from accounts, building and retaining relationships with corporate accounts, review financial statements and work to improve profitability and hit targets.
Skills
Learnt and developed a variety of skills, including: Interpersonal, verbal and written communication, leadership, teamwork, confidence, management, problem solving, presentation, sales, customer service, cost control.
Responsibilities
As an intern at Enterprise you are given the same responsibilities as an individual joining the company at graduate level.
Support & Guidance
Very supportive environment, approach anyone. Hands on training every day, regular training up at head office with talent development specialists and other interns.

Company culture is very inclusive. Friendly environment, everyone striving to the same goals.
Your Impressions
The internship exposes you to all elements of running a successful business. As a student doing a business management degree, it was a great opportunity to learn all the components in real life context. I think its great that you have the same responsibility as someone joining at graduate level.
