Overview
The vacation scheme was well-rounded and enriching, it involved practice area overviews, socials and assigned tasks/projects that we had to work on. We sat in a practice area for the 3 weeks and were assigned a principal and trainee buddy, we were assigned real life tasks to work on. We were introduced to the day to day work and life of a trainee and gained a better understanding of different practice areas in a commercial law firm.

Business Insight
It was useful and gave great insight into how law firms function and operate as a business, including business development and pitching to clients among other things.
Culture
The company culture was welcoming, friendly and inclusive. Everyone at the firm was extremely nice, welcoming and made an effort to know you as a person.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed the vacation scheme, it not only gave me great insight into the firm's amazing culture but also allowed me to meet various individuals from the firm through coffee chats and networking sessions. This was highly beneficial and an overall invaluable experience.
