Overview
Each day involved a mixture of prepared sessions on different practice areas, DEI and tech at Linklaters to name a few. We were also assigned to a practice area and completed projects for our principle. We completed assessed projects throughout the week and organised coffee chats with people from practice areas we were looking to learn more about.
Skills
Developed skills such as: time management, communication, research skills amongst many more
Business Insight
It was insightful to learn about the business and potential roles. All individuals who delivered sessions were more than happy to answer all of our questions.
Culture
company culture was friendly, supportive, inclusive, there is a big focus on training and development.
