Overview
Attending Team Meetings, taking minutes, working on a group Business Project. As well as this, networking and helping where possible with audits.
Skills
Developed presentation skills and general confidence, and learnt how to use Power Bi, Excel, Python, etc.
Responsibilities
I was entrusted with some duties related to current audits, mostly familiarizing myself with material so I could take part in discussions, but also making spreadsheets and writing up minutes amongst other things.
Support & Guidance
My team, managers, and graduate buddy were all extremely kind, patient, and welcoming. I received an incredible amount of guidance and support, having daily catch ups and one on ones, with the impression that no question was a stupid question.
Culture
The culture had a focus on championing potential and being a purpose led organization, meaning that personal development is encouraged heavily. As well as this, the company is inclusive and inviting; no one is left out and all opinions and backgrounds are valued.
Your Impressions
I greatly enjoyed my placement, learning a lot from my team and my peers. I feel that it was an invaluable experience and one that I would recommend.
