Overview
The event involved a lot of learning more about Lloyds and their roles on offer within the Data and Software space. There was also plenty of opportunities to work with other participants in group projects, including presenting.
Skills
I have developed my presentation and communication skills noticeably from the event, thanks to the great sessions given by the hosts and the opportunities to practice in a safe space.
Business Insight
It was a great opportunity to better my knowledge of the business and the graduate roles on offer, I was surprised to learn that Lloyds even offer degree apprenticeships for Masters level!
Culture
Great culture and the atmosphere was very open, helping me to feel relaxed and confident throughout the event.
