Making slide decks, excel data analysis, attending meetings, running team sessions, networking
Skills
I have developed my Excel skills and my ability to create slide decks with company branding. I have also definitely developed my interpersonal and networking skills.
Responsibilities
Yes - I was given responsibility for writing two articles summarising our project and for leading a few sessions during our team day.
Support & Guidance
I received lots of support from the Associates on my project who were lovely and really helpful.
Culture
The culture is very friendly, everyone is always happy to help and talk to you about your career. Everyone is very approachable it is not very hierarchical.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my internship. It was lovely to meet smart people who were also hard-working and eager to learn and it really helped to develop my professional skills.

Just be yourself. Everyone is really friendly so don't be intimidated and don't ever feel like you can't get in.
