Working on client projects with tasks varying from formatting to arranging meetings to contributing to client deliverables

Yes I was. I spoke in client meetings briefly and contributed directly to client deliverables. I was given more responsibility than most interns due to the nature of my client

A good amount. Supporting from the HR and resourcing as well as direct support from my team
Culture
Great! Got involved in evets outside of the office and people were happy to make time for coffee chats despite their busy diaries
