Placement project assigned by manager, charity challenge and presentation around a given topic
Skills
Stakeholder management has been greatly improved. Good natural opportunities to improve networking. Time management has been a key area of growth. Office skills have improved. Financial acumen has developed to include a wide array of products

Yes, given tasks that actually initiated changed to the departments operations
Support & Guidance
Lots of support from the grad community with a grad manager and mentor. Within placement I was supported by team members and managers.
Culture
Very relaxed and not as corporate as expected. Everyone was very accommodating to my lack of experience in the area.
Your Impressions
Had a fantastic time gaining insight to the working world, had a great work culture with other interns and felt like I was gaining useful skills ahead of entering the workforce.
