Overview
There were a variety of activites for example insights by current employees and interns into their roles, team presentation tasks and coding tasks.
Skills
I developed my coding skills during this program. Also I gained experience in researching a topic and presenting my findings to an online group.
Business Insight
It was very insightful. I learned alot about how new technology is affecting Lloyd's Banking Group and how they are using it to make it more efficient for new customers to use their services.
Culture
The company culture was very good. They employees are all friendly and the atmosphere was very inclusive of everybody, regardless of previous experience/ability.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed the insight very much as it allowed me to learn more information about Lloyd's and it will affect my future career choice.

The virtual experience was open to anyone so just have a passion for banking and/or tech.
